  • Do not wash the mattress with water or detergent directly. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the mattress regularly to reduce dust.
  • Small spillages can be cleaned immediately using a clean damp cloth with lukewarm water.
  • We suggest that you use a mattress cover or fitted sheet for protection, to avoid your mattress get dirty directly.
  • Rotate your mattress once every three months to keep your mattress in its best condition.

Every Essential mattress is 13cm (5.1 inch) high. We offer the sizes below to cater for most families in Hong Kong:

Small Single - 76cm x 183cm

Single - 91cm x 183cm

Long Single - 91cm x 189cm

Twin - 120cm x 183cm

Long Double - 135cm x 189cm

The mattress may have an up to 2 cm difference in their measurements/ dimensions. It will not affect the function of the mattress.

If for any reason you are not happy with the trial products, please let us know and contact us via [email protected]. We will arrange a date & time with you for collecting back the products and a full refund will be issued to you after the collection within 3 working days.
Yes, you may use an electric blanket or heating pad on the Essential mattress. Just remember to always follow the safety instructions for the electric blanket.
