  • Blot spills immediately with an absorbent towel or clean, damp cloth
  • Spot clean with upholstery shampoo, mild detergent or a mild cleaning solvent
  • Avoid scrubbing and the use of harsh detergents
  • Delivery to border-restricted areas/outlying islands is not available.
  • If the delivery team is required to walk up/down stairs, an additional fee will apply (paid directly to the delivery person), or you may collect the items on the ground floor. Stair fee for Bed Bases is HK$120 per floor (floor = up to 16 steps).
  • If the delivery address isn't accessible by 3.3m height truck, and the delivery team are required to walk more than 50m, a fee of HK$120 per 100m will apply (paid directly to the delivery person).
  • The Bed Base is a pre-order item, and the actual delivery date will depend on the product's stock status. The delivery time frame will be confirmed by the Ecosa team via phone call or email.
  • Customers must ensure that the product(s)can be delivered to the building entrance, elevator, and doorway before delivery.
  • Assembly service is not included.

Avoid placing your bed in direct sunlight to prevent colour fade. Vacuum regularly on low suction to keep dust-free. Remove spills immediately, using a clean, absorbent cloth to blot excess liquid. Do not scrub with a stiff brush.

For trickier stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Steer clear of harsh detergents and avoid using excess water to prevent water staining.

Allow your bed to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Good question! All the drawers are 58cm wide and 13cm high – giving you plenty of room to store pillows, cushions and spare bedding (or whatever else you fancy). The length of the drawer varies depending on the size of the bed frame.
One drawer can easily fit an Ecosa or Cooling Pillow, which both measure 38cm x 56cm, plus a folded sheet set or set of pillowcases and quilt cover. Please select Measurements in the dropdown menu above for more info

Sorry, but our upholstered bedheads will only attach to our Breeze Storage Bed Base. Our bases and bedheads will not attach to products from other brands.
