  • Keep the sofa out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Vacuum regularly on low suction.
  • Remove spills immediately and spot clean. Avoid scrubbing, blot excess liquid with a clean cloth, and avoid using excess water to prevent water staining. Allow the fabric to dry out of direct sunlight.
Timber:
  • The timber arms of your sofa have been varnished with a water-resistant coating. To clean, simply dust with a duster or wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners.
  • Do not allow the timber to be left damp for prolonged periods.
  • To maintain your warranty, do not make any modifications to your sofa. This includes sanding, varnishing and cutting/reshaping parts of the construction.
  • Timber is sensitive to direct dry heat and moisture, so we recommend keeping your sofa away from heating ducts, radiators and electric/gas heaters.
  • The order is not eligible for delivery to border-restricted areas, outlying islands.
  • If delivery requires to walk up by steps, an additional fee will apply (paid directly to the delivery person), or you may collect the items on the ground floor.
  • If the delivery address isn't accessible by truck, a fee of $120 per 100 meters for walking will apply, to be paid directly to the delivery person.
  • The sofa bed is a pre-order item, and the actual delivery date will depend on the product's stock status. The delivery time frame will be confirmed by the Ecosa team via phone call or email.
  • Customers must ensure that the product(s)can be delivered to the building entrance, elevator, and doorway before delivery.
  • Assembly service is not included.

So long as you have the most recent Rio Sofa Bed version, you can purchase the timber arms (by themselves) and easily attach them to your existing sofa. To determine if your sofa model can be modified and to order timber arms, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Avoid placing your sofa bed in direct sunlight to prevent colour fade. Vacuum regularly on low suction to keep dust-free. Remove spills immediately, using a clean, absorbent cloth to blot excess liquid. Do not scrub with a stiff brush.

For trickier stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Steer clear of harsh detergents and avoid using excess water to prevent water staining. Allow your sofa bed to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Wipe the timber sections with a damp cloth to clean. Do not leave the timber damp for prolonged periods. Modifications to your sofa, including sanding and varnishing, will void your warranty. Keep your sofa away from heating ducts, radiators and electric/gas heaters as timber is sensitive to direct dry heat and moisture.
