General Care
  • Vacuum fabric regularly on low suction to remove dust and debris.
  • Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fabric fading and wood discoloration.
  • Rotate and flip seat cushions occasionally to maintain even wear, and extend cushion shape and support over time.
  • Re-oil the wood occasionally with a natural oil (e.g. Danish or linseed oil) to preserve grain and prevent drying or cracking.
  • Keep dry — avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or humidity, especially on wood joints and cushion seams.
  • The order is not eligible for delivery to border-restricted areas, outlying islands.
  • If delivery requires to walk up/down by steps, an additional fee will apply (paid directly to the delivery person), or you may collect the items on the ground floor.
  • If the delivery address isn't accessible by truck, a fee of $120 per 100 meters for walking will apply, to be paid directly to the delivery person.
  • The sofa bed is a pre-order item, and the actual delivery date will depend on the product's stock status. The delivery time frame will be confirmed by the Ecosa team via phone call or email.
  • Customers must ensure that the product(s)can be delivered to the building entrance, elevator, and doorway before delivery.
  • Assembly service is not included.

For online orders, we do not send fabric samples to our customers. Instead, our 100-night trial allows you to experience our sofa beds in their entirety, risk-free for 100 nights. We feel this provides a much better sense of comfort and aesthetics than a small fabric swatch could.

However, if you’re in any of the locations where we have an Ecosa store, speak to our in-store Dream Team and they’ll be happy to provide you with a colour swatch. See our Store Locations for more information.
