If for any reason you are not happy with the trial products, please contact us and let us know. We will arrange a date & time with you for collecting back the products and a full refund will be issued to you within 3 working days.
Unfortunately at the moment Ecosa only provides free shipping to HK. You are required to arrange and pay all logistic fees including tariffs, for the shipments to overseas or to non-HK areas. Items are also not entitled to either 100-night trial or 15-year warranty. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Ecosa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Please note that there are no surcharges for any transactions.
Can the Ecosa pillow help to reduce my neck or back pain?

Our pillow has an ergonomic design to support your neck and helps with your back pain.
It has been designed to be adjustable so you can change the height of the pillow to suit your body size and sleep style by removing or adding layers as required.
We suggest Small-Medium body build use the pillow only.
Medium-Large body build use the pillow plus one pad layer.
Large body build use the pillow plus two pad layers.
The cover of the Ecosa pillow is removable and machine washable. It can be washed in a cold machine wash or dry cleaned.
To ensure safety, all orders deliveries will be stopped when Black Rainstorm, Typhoon Signal no. 8 or above is hoisted. We will reschedule your delivery to the next business day.
